When we "Flag" an order, it means we need your help to proceed
What Is A Flagged Order?
A Flagged order is the name we give an order that we need to put on hold in order to reach out and ask you a question. If we are not clear on the notes, missing an image, the image is too blurry,or we need to inform you of a higher price, then we flag the order. As soon as we determine there is an issue with your order we send you an e-mail informing you how we can resolve the hold up
How Do I Approve A Flagged Order?
While we're happy to assist you via e-mail or a phone call, the quickest way to proceed with a Flagged order is to log into your account and let us know directly what is needed. This way it goes straight to our art department and you don't have to wait for a service representative. Here's how:
1. Go to "Search Orders" on the left side of the page
Here is the "Search Order" box in red
2. Find Your Order, and click the number to the left of the order number
Click the number (the number outlined in blue on the left)
3. Fill in the answer to our question in the "Flag Acceptance Notes" box and hit "Submit"
Please be sure to be clear on your response
How Can I Avoid Any Holdups?
To avoid an order from being held up, be sure you've uploaded all files you need re-drawn or referenced, and that these images are clear enough to see the details. Also be sure your notes are as clear as possible. If you are unsure on anything, please e-mail or call us, we're glad to help.
What About Flags On The Price?
On a digitizing order, select the $99 price option. If it's less than that, we'll update the price for you. Be aware if you upload 2 or more logos or want multiple names, we'd need to quote them as separate jobs.
On a vector order, you can either put in your order notes that you are okay with us proceeding up to a specified cost, or call us and we can enter a note in your account that lets us know you're okay up to a specified cost for each order.
Anything Else I Should Know?
Yes. Be sure you get a quote from us before you quote your customer. If you need to quote your customer quickly, please call us so we can discuss the order with you. The last thing you'd want to do would be quote your customer $15, only to find it will take us 4 hours ($45) to draw your logo out.
